“DO NOT STAY HERE! It is like staying in a parking lot and the bathroom smells like a sewer. The three of us (all VRBO hosts) paid for three nights but left after one. We requested a partial refund, but were denied. We were unable to get the power working, so no lights, no phone chargers, no running water. The outdoor railings were not properly secured and the inside steps were not secured at all, making the entire boat unsafe. We were given water in a used container with no seal on the plastic...

“Let’s start with Danielle; an amazing host and communicator. Worked with us on arrival and departure times, met us at property to run us through everything. She was fantastic! The pictures do not do this property justice; it’s an amazing House Boat in a stunning location. Spotless, comfortable, and outfitted with everything you would need. It’s was an unbelievable experience with a fanatics owner and I highly recommend it! ”

The boat did not look like the listing photos, although that was a minor concern compared with what we encountered inside. As soon as we opened the door, we were hit with an overwhelming sewage smell. I immediately notified the host. The odor was unbearable in such a small, enclosed space and persisted throughout our stay. We had to sleep with the door and sunroof open to get fresh...

“Although I didn’t get to use the boat as I wanted, it was really nice, clean and fun accommodation… the location is amazing! Michael was really responsive and a pleasure rent with…”
