“Never book this place! Spiders and nest all over. Fleas in house. Vents, ceiling fans, all windows, shower in cabinets, dirt, webs. Floors dirty, bedding dirty. Doors falling off when opened, closet in bedroom locked, nowhere to hang clothes. Paint peeling. Holes in bathroom by shower. no yard maintanance. Floor very unlevel. Threshold not secured. Towels were in cabinet dirty. I could write a novel on negative.”

“Overall a great little place to stay. House was very clean, nice yard for pets, and plenty spacious to host our family Christmas. The owner communicated very well and the price was good. It’s located in a good spot, within walking distance of two coffee shops, restaurants and fast food as well as the movie theater. Check-in was simple.”

“Bren was extremely responsive and kind. There was a bottle of wine, a huge plate of chocolate chip cookies and a cheeseboard for us when we arrived! Any issues we had were addressed promptly. Great house for a group. Not the greatest for couples as there are really only two rooms for couples but great for a large family or extended family”
