“Fantastic hotel, views, surroundings and service. The whole facility is in top condition and the service is incredible. Our room was cleaned two times per day. The casitas are very private with their own heated pools which you can use all day round, just ask and they will put on the heater in the morning. “Hotel has their own farm so you can pick the eggs you will have for breakfast. Ecofriendly! Much nicer then the photos shown. Lovely hot springs. ”

“The room was larger than I thought and was perfect for a family with two small children, with a view of the Volcano from the balcony. There was a Jacuzzi in the room but we didn't understand how it worked (or it didn't work properly) so we were a little disappointed with that. But that didn't bother us 'cause the kids pool and the hot springs (with seven mini waterfalls) was warm and fun enough for our four year old to play in for hours in a row.
