"Everything was very comfortable and clean. The location was good and felt safe and easy to access by train. The rooms were good size but were not soundproof from the hallway which can be good to know if you wake easily. One thing to note is that while there were allergy signs displayed at breakfast, the staff could not provide a hard boiled egg for my husband. Since he does not eat gluten, he brought some of his own food to breakfast, but he was hoping to have a few simple options available from the hotel as well. Unfortunately, there were no basic gluten free choices (almost everything contained soy sauce), and he was told they could not provide even a hard boiled egg. It may have been a language barrier or a misunderstanding, but the experience left him feeling frustrated and disappointed. As a result, he felt that he would not return."

"Bra städning på rummet, men dom glömde ibland att byta glas och fylla på kaffekapslar. Luftkonditioneringen stängdes av efter den har varit på en längre tid, (efter 12 timmar) Kinesisk och Japanskt till frukost, inte jättemycket åt kontenental-hållet men de står inte att dom har de så inget negativt utan mer bra att veta till bokningen. Ingen direkt bar men en Lawson som har öppet dygnet runt där man kan hitta allt man kan tänka sig behöva eller om man är intresserad av alkohol eller något gott som man kan tänka sig behöva. Vi skulle kunna rekommendera detta hotell då de är en bra utgångspunkt att ta sig in och upptäcka Tokyo utan att behöva bo mitt i folkvimmlet. Vi upptäckte två busslinjer med bara några minuters gångväg från hotellet som tar en till t.ex. Ginza eller Tokyo Station och där man kan byta till väldigt många tunnelbanor. Även en tunnelbana som är Toyosu Station som ligger ca. 15 minuters promenad från hotellet som man kan använda. Bra läge, med bra personal som sagt så absolut ett bra hotell att bo på. 👍"

"With almost 100 Hotel nights per year around the best cities in the world this Hotel is easy one of the best we’ve experienced. You wake up feeling fresh and full of energy. That is how good the air is, how clean the bed is and how quiet the hotel is. Service is excellent and they are so fast when you need any kind of service. Been here before and it is now our favorite stay in Tokyo. Ten ⭐️ of Ten Possible."

"Great quality for a reasonable price. The location is slightly off but nevertheless close enough to walk to key (tourist) Tokyo areas. Extra bonus for the table-tennis/dart room, a fun break in between other activities. The breakfast is better than average for Japanese hotels ie something for everyone which makes it a great start for the day."
