“I would’ve gave it 5 stars but the smelled like they didn’t remove all the water from the carpet after being shampooed which they came and did after I mentioned it to front desk. And the power shut off 3x for over 30 mins a piece but the staff allowed the guests and nearby guests at the other hotels to gather in the lobby and mingle while the city figure out the issues which became a fun experience, but other than that the staff was amazing, food was great and the bartender knew his sh** and the...

“We booked through a 3rd party who messed up our payment but the hotel handled it smoothly. Our room was nice, everything was very clean. The beds were SUPER comfy. There were plenty of plugs for our devices and that makes me happy. AC worked brilliantly. Breakfast was good and, surprisingly, the coffee was pretty good too (hotel coffee is never good). We would absolutely stay here again!”
