“I had some significant problems with the room - such that the hotel had to move me three times. That was not wonderful, especially because it was late. The first room did not have a working A/C unit, the second was across from a very loud party, and the final one, although cool and quiet, did not have my bed type as reserved. I will say, however, that the staff - both the person at the front desk and the manager the next day - worked hard to make it right. Mistakes and issues will happen, but...
