“It was everything as advertised. A heated pool would have been better and special lamps to zap the mosquitoes as an idea for future renters. Refrigerator with ice making capability was a huge surprise and the greatest, most appreciated, feature! (funny to say but true). No coffee drip machine but coffee percolators (discovery for most Americans). Good space for 6 of us! Will consider renting the same villa every year. ”

“Many thanks to Leonardo for letting us stay in his amazing period family home. We had a wonderful time with both France and Italy on the doorstep. The highlight was the swimming pool and views plus the very well located shop at the bottom of the drive (much needed for 5 hungry teenagers!). Couple of issues on the first day but most were cleared up immediately by Leonardo. Thank you again.”

“It´s a nice house, with spacious and Clean rooms and a well-equipped kitchen, which is rare while on rental. Nice with a terrace where we took our breakfast under the olive tree. A big plus for the opportunity to grill and eat in the garden. Raymond with family was very welcoming. Close to the bus stop, although we preferred to go to the beach and downtown. Menton is a city we have fallen in love with and we will be happy to return. Close to Ventimiglia, St Agnes and Monaco. What a wonderful...

“A wonderful house, garden, patio and pool. Well equiped house perfect for your own cooking. A small sleepy villige, mostly Italians speaking just Italian, quite few resturants made our choise to stay mostly att the house easy. A foodshop quite near the house gave us what we needed. The Beach was though ok. Perfect för small Children, but It was a very tough walk to the Centre of the village with the sea since the house is up on a hill.
