“Wonderful location close to the beach and downtown shopping, restaurants and coffee spots. Challenging to find parking nearby on busy weekends, but persistence will pay off. Only cleanliness issue encountered was a towel used by previous guest still hanging in bathroom. Otherwise, VERY clean and pleasant. Two showers were small, but not difficult to regulate like some comments state. I would return!!”

“We really enjoyed our stay at the Beach View Condo! It was exactly as described and just a perfect place to relax. It's very close to the beach and the pool/hot tub. The beach and the pool area were not crowded. The condo is very clean and has everything you'll want for your vacation. We especially appreciated the beach chairs and the washer/dryer was great for tossing our suits in at the end of the day in order to be ready for the next day's adventure. We would give this place 10/5 stars...

“Charming is right! Julie's studio is delightful and made the perfect base for my exploration of Santa Cruz County and Monterey Bay. The location is Heavenly, with resident hummingbirds and butterflies and views out over the water, and everything I could have wanted was provided, down to a caraffe of filtered water in the fridge. Julie is an extremely giving and generous host and her love of the area is infectious. I have nothing but good things to say, I definitely recommend staying here if you...

“Loved everything about this place! So many thoughtful details have been put into making this stay comfortable, relaxing and accessible! We enjoyed walking to the beach, playing corn-hole in the yard, relaxing in the many places to sit outside, and even being able to cook our own meals with the gas stove! “This was a great little place to stay. In a wonderful location between Monterrey and Big Sur.The neighborhood is quiet and either the other units are silent or there is really great sound proofing as we never heard anyone else. There were cars so we know they weren't empty. The unit was very clean with plenty of towels as well as a blow dryer and an iron, also has an oscillating fan, I was very happy with that. Target is right across the way and we were able to get any items we forgot to bring...
