Family & Friends Ski Trip

My family and some friends stayed at Casa de Esqui for a week while we skied at Taos and Angel Fire. We really enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful and large. We had plenty of room both to socialize together and to get away from each other. The layout of the house was perfect for us. The kitchen was well stocked and had enough room for several people to work in it at the same time. Given the time of year and our preferences, we didn't use the outside or any of the community facilities so I can't comment on them, but we were really happy with the house. I would highly recommend staying here.

Better than you expect!!

The property managers, Gary & Kristy, are amazing! They where easy to contact with a quick call, they helped us with checking in and checking out. They where very respectful of our time and electronic communication. The property was “Imaculate”!!! Hot tub on, hot and clear water. Every room had its own fans and windows. The decor was perfect and the kitchen was a chefs dream! I am coming back again & again.

Great stay! Would recommend

We had 10 friends from Colorado at Casa de Esqui for a long weekend- cashing in on our ski days at Taos from Ikon Pass. We loved the place. Location was great for easy mountain access and the property was amazing. Would recommend and stay again. 2 minor critiques: there were a few broken windows that let in a cold draft and the oven/range are pretty old so took a long time to cook things in there. Otherwise wonderful- thank you!

Beautiful property in a neighborhood. It needs some tlc: no air conditioning windows do not open

If the property is repaired Ie windows, light fixtures, updated washer / dryer, kitchen oven, hot tub support repaired, wood rot around doors repaired, updated WiFi, we would rent again.

No Hot Water

Had fun with the family!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The only problem we had was the caregiver listed on the info paper we were given was not accurate. The second problem was the main reason we chose this location was the swimming pool which we were only able to use one day, due to no key. The caregiver was not very helpful and never called back, the property management company had us a key within an hour but too late to swim leaving 5 upset children.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cracked coffee pot, stopped up shower heads, no lightbulbs by front door and other lightbulbs inside need replacement, wobbly kitchen sink faucet: needs tightening, repeated requests for pool key which was finally delivered, front door key very sticky... House was very clean and we liked the plan with bedrooms seperated by living kitchen area. Jacuzzi was delightful and well maintained.

All that we were in contact with were very helpful and professional. The home was well prepared, clean, and ready for our visit. Great location to the ski mountain, great views of the valley with cattle and coyotes and the mountains for the background. Im sure all the homes that are available from Premier Prop are just as nice. A great stay!
