âAll the staff were courteous. The room I got at the villa was spacious & very comfortable. Loved the huge pool. The breakfast buffet was excellent but it would be nice to have a couple more dishes to choose.â
âIt is a hotel that gives you the services, welcome you want. The only thing i can say is that they still have some construction goin on , so expect noises :-), reasonable hrs. Stayed there for 6 nights and everyday the staff lets you feel the welcome. Will surely book there when we pass by again.â
âThe resort was as advertised. Lots of pools to swim, lots of picnic cottages to choose from. The rooms are very spacious, the beds are comfy and clean. The staff are accomodating and helpfiul.â
âBeautiful views. Indoor pool was cool in the middle of summer! Room had small window AC unit. Food was pretty good, inexpensive, and convenient. The staff were accommodating with all our requests. There were several non guests who came just to eat on the outdoor patio and check out the view. They had some private rooms that could be used for events such as their upstairs bar. My only request for improvement would be for them to offer a laundry service for a fee so we dont have to go to the...
âNo elevators and our room was at the top (lol), stair corridor is so thin :-), i do feel sorry for the staff that carries the luggages. We booked for a week and still have to remind staff that we need to refill mineral water, coffee and other must have in our room. Everything cost, example if you order food outside the hotel you have to pay for a fee because they want you to order in the hotel restaurant. But they dont have the things i want. Looks of the hotel really is decieving.â
âProperty facilities and hotel staff made me and my pug dog very comfortable. Its being a pet friendly hotel is a great help for me and my pug during our stay in the city. I will surely stay in this hotel again in the future.â
