“The staff especially were so helpful. They have a spacious car park and strong internet connection.”

“A truly special place that feels like home. From the moment I arrived, I felt much more like a guest in a beautiful home than in a traditional hotel. It has all the services and comfort of a hotel, but with a warm, personal and welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel completely at ease. The exquisite art throughout the property adds so much character and makes every space feel unique and inspiring. Everything feels thoughtfully designed and cared for. I would also like to mention the airport...

“A home avay from home! David and his staff are so welcoming, after a while you feel more as a family member than a guest! Clean rooms, very nice beds and the worlds best pizza is served here! My second stay and will gladly return! ❤”

“Nice hotel. Well located. Comfortable apartments. Very Nice gym and quiet pool area. Didn’t find the management agreeable with regular client.”

“Great place”

“Clean experience. Sharp lines and designing is superb”

“I stayed in this hotel for few days. Customer service needs improved. Got better service from the male staff than the female staff. Wifi and TV in my room did not work through out my stay even though I reported about the wifi. I had so much expectation knowing that the hotel Is located in a vibrant place like Osu but got disappointed.”

“Customers service very poor apart from the housekeeping, it was fully booked at the breakfast room and very few staff to attend to customers. As a 5star hotel they need to modernize their rooms. The only thing I loved most was the beach. For me Serena in Goma is still the number one customers service/ modern hotel in Africa/Europe no matter you are female traveling alone or with family”

“I stayed in the Golf Coast Suite and loved how spacious and clean the suite is. Only bummer was the pool was undergoing treatment while I was there so didn't get to enjoy that.”

“Nice place with a lot of potential. Staff were very friendly. However, there is room improvement. The pool was green and unusable. We had 3 apartments between 5 of us. We had to go through everything to find enough cutlery, plates and a tiny pot to be able to cook anything. Had hot water only twice. There are dishwashers and a washing machine but none of them are connected. Air-conditioning worked well. Great position in Osu - can walk everywhere.”

“Good”

“ Roaches in the room”

“The place is in the middle of a bustling street; the fish room I got was so noisy with the music and cars from the streets below; had to have to changed a different one with a better sound control; the facility itself was overpriced compared to others”
