“Beautiful hotel”

“Great location for my purpose. The hotel was very clean. Only complaints would be that the fitness center and the main part of the hotel were too hot. AC in the room worked great though”

“This was a basic hotel, clean and well managed. It is close to shopping and restaurants. A little tough to figure out how to get into and out of the parking lot at first but not hard once you figure it out. Tiniest bathrooms I have ever seen! Not big enough for the sink to be in the bathroom with the toilet and the shower. Shower is standard size but with the door and the toilet, very tight if you are not a small person.”

“We were in town for our daughter’s college graduation. We were able to check in early. That was great for my daughter to get ready for the graduation. The staff was so nice and helpful. The room was clean and looked new. We loved it. It was convenient t to the Blue Cross Arena, the venue for the graduation. I am handicap. There was ample parking for us. I would stay here again. I recommend it for the location, cleanliness and the wi derful staff. Thank you. Eugenia.”

“Städerskan frågade om det "behövdes" bäddas i sängen....? Frukosten spartansk med Europeiska mått - plastbestick - papptallrikar - svagt urval. Man bygger om och det var lerigt och skitigt runt om vilket drogs med in i hotellet. Stod containers på baksidan och såg allmänt byggarbetsplatslikt. Svårt att förstå att man tar så mycket betalt när man är i ett sådant skede. Finns inget att göra i hotellet. Saknas restaurang, bar och någon typ av "aktivitet".”

“It had everything we needed”

“I walked into my room to find there wasn’t any furniture! It was beautifully painted and the bathroom looked like it was newly tiled with all new fixtures. There was a bed but no dresser to put your clothes in. The only place to put cloths was in the one night stand. There were no lamps so you either had to use the room light or leave the bathroom light on. The tv was on a cabinet that had no other use than holding up the tv. That was it! When I asked why no furniture I was told they...

“This is an unique experience for us. There is no traditional lobby or reception area. All entrances are managed by electronic keypad. The staff coordinated with us through the text messages for daily cleanup and other needs. The hot tub does not have soap, shampoo and no place holder for one we brought. I will stay again but I wish there is a soap holder. Parkign is easy. The place is well maintained but bed, mattress and carpet could use more cleaning or even new ones.”

“This hotel was exceptional from top to bottom. The staff was very friendly and helpful, always present and smiling. The hotel breakfast as a feast. There was a surprise happy hour with food and drink Monday through Wednesday. Patio and river view/access added to the stay. Very handy to the University of Rochester and to the Strong Hospital. Lots of parking. Felt safe.”

“Vi är inte nöjda med städningen. Det kändes inte rent, en dag hade städpersonalen missat att bädda med överkast (det låg på en stol) och lakan var felbäddade i båda sängarna. Mögel på AC:n. Slitet och väldigt hårda sängar. Trevlig frukost, bra tvättmöjligheter. ”
