“We arrived late around 1 am in the night, just had to reach out to the reception at 6PM to generate the keys which let us in. Everything was seamless. During our 1 day stay we found receptionist & hotel staff to be courteous & friendly & accommodating to our custom request of late checkout at 11:45 am as well. Hotel is well located, walkable starbucks & chipotle nearby ticks the box of caffeine + food needs to get you on the road as well.”

“Overall our stay was a pleasant one! The staff was super friendly and helpful. The front desk night manager, Anessa (sorry if I misspelled her name) was exceptional. She went out of her way to make our stay a memorable one, treating all of us with both respect and kindness.”

“Have a desk clerk to require arty of 8 adults and numerous preteens from being so noisy that we could not have a conversation with our granddaughter ( their allergies were so bad that going outside did not help. The hotel would have been better if the toilets were higher and meant for seniors and adults. The staff the first two days and nights were exceptional.they were professional, helpful and very friendly. It is a shame that the third evening ruined the main reason for our trip.”

“Check in : I waited at the counter while staff were outside smoking. I must have waited at least ten minutes to check in. Facility was clean for the most part. Quiet”

“Städerskan frågade om det "behövdes" bäddas i sängen....? Frukosten spartansk med Europeiska mått - plastbestick - papptallrikar - svagt urval. Man bygger om och det var lerigt och skitigt runt om vilket drogs med in i hotellet. Stod containers på baksidan och såg allmänt byggarbetsplatslikt. Svårt att förstå att man tar så mycket betalt när man är i ett sådant skede. Finns inget att göra i hotellet. Saknas restaurang, bar och någon typ av "aktivitet".”

“Vi är inte nöjda med städningen. Det kändes inte rent, en dag hade städpersonalen missat att bädda med överkast (det låg på en stol) och lakan var felbäddade i båda sängarna. Mögel på AC:n. Slitet och väldigt hårda sängar. Trevlig frukost, bra tvättmöjligheter. ”

“We were in town for our daughter’s college graduation. We were able to check in early. That was great for my daughter to get ready for the graduation. The staff was so nice and helpful. The room was clean and looked new. We loved it. It was convenient t to the Blue Cross Arena, the venue for the graduation. I am handicap. There was ample parking for us. I would stay here again. I recommend it for the location, cleanliness and the wi derful staff. Thank you. Eugenia.”

“Jacuzzi impossibly slow, low, flow to fill, Massive plumbing problems - water on floor inside the bathroom and the main room night before seemed to be from getting in out of Jacuzzi. But next day seems to be coming from a persistent drip in wall and possibly from under the floor of bathroom. All water off but continuous dripping sound all night. Shower fixtures rock back and forth 2-3 inches when you touch the fixture to turn it on. wall around pipes cracked. Wall & paint around bathroom...

“At least vacuum the place. Especially the hallways”
