“I was disappointed with my stay. During check-in, the clerk wrote my room number on my key card and announced it out loud while another guest was standing nearby, which was a privacy concern. The refrigerator in my room was dirty, the breakfast consisted only of oatmeal and packaged muffins, and there was no ice machine available.”
