Everything was an original item from the 70s, including the bed, coat hanger, chair, etc. The room was lovely decorated with the theme, and the best thing was the bathroom. âHad a wonderful stay at The Pig in Bridge.
Enjoyed a large bedroom suite with great views over the garden, the food was exceptional. The fresh whole John Dory for 2 was exceptional.
The produce garden is certainly worth an early morning stroll before a full Pig breakfast.
The staff made us feel very welcome and it will be on our list to return.â

âNewly decorated room so pristine.
Mattress coukd be better as a topper isn't the answer to everything especially on a soft mattress.
The bath was big enough for me to gain my 25m breast stroke badge!â

âThe hotel was really nice and clean with spacious rooms. However the rooms were just so warm that I did not sleep well which is why I will choose another hotel next time. There was a stand alone air conditioner but they are very noisy so it was not possible to have it turned on during the night. If the heating was fixed I could choose this hotel again. Everything else about it was nice. â
âLoved this no frills historic hotel. No fuss - just texted me door code to the room, which was all in perfect order. The hotel is just opposite Deal's beautiful beach - if you get a sea view room you'll catch the sunrise. Great work by the hotel owners - shows you can run an historic hotel in a great location but still make it affordable to all visitorsâ
