The road is close but it's not a problem, not so many cars passing by. Keepers Cottage team is easy to contact if you need help. We had a nice time in the area and the cottage is perfect for a holiday. We recommend++++”

“Wonderful check in, super accommodating property manager and Staff, very responsive and receptive to all requests. Only critique I would have it was tough to keep the place warm in winter due to timer settings, we were always rather chilled, so pack accordingly. Dryer, we had to clean lint and heat pump filter to get it to work, I think cleaning staff should have been on top of that one. Wonderful, scenic area, would stay again in the spring.”

“Set in beautiful private land, with fantastic views of the countryside and swimming lake, very warm and high quality private bathroom and hut. Great Hot tub looking at the stars, great veranda. Electricity in the hut and shared communal fridge and freezer, as well as your own fridge and microwave. Host let us bring out own fire pit and lent us a toaster, as none in the hut. “We had booked a boat on the Thames for my 50th birthday for bank holiday weekend.. two days before we were due to leave it was cancelled due to the rivers being on red alert. Having spent months planning it we didn’t know what to do instead. We feel incredibly lucky to have found Le Chateaux was available.
