“A wonderful place to stay! Perfectly sized and set out for solo or a couple. Private, you wouldn't know there are other units around, but this would be a great place for a stay that needed a number of separate spaces. Convenient for WWT Martin Mere (less than an hour walk if you're so inclined). Although not needed, parking space was fine and safe. Truly everything you'd need for a short (or longer) stay.”

“We spent 5 days here over New Years and had the most perfect time away. The farm house was so lovely and all our needs were catered for. There were even logs provided for the log fire. The location was absolutely stunning, very good for the soul. Plenty of room for all 7 of us, and the kids enjoyed it too. Beds are comfy. “Went to Masham with friends the village is beautiful, the local pubs Kingshead, Bay Horse we frequented most of our 3 days and the staff were lovely couldn’t do enough for you. Met friendly locals and had a good laugh with the butcher, there’s plenty of local shops bakers, grocery and the cake/sweet shop which one of my friends bought all of the lemon drizzle cakes.
