“It was just lovely here. The room was great, clean and had quite a few little touches that I found very thoughtful. The code to get in will not work until check in time though… it’s automated, we were about 10mins early and it didn’t open the door. A cleaner let us put our things inside. I would recommend and choose to stay here again.”

The room we had was at the back of the hotel, and due to the warm weather, our windows needed to be open, which was unfortunate as the kitchen fan was directly outside and ran constantly from around 6 am until quite late. We had a leak from the room above into our bathroom while we stayed, but this was dealt with quickly for us and the room was very comfortable...

“The cottage by mode were very clean and spacious. However it was cold and uncomfortable in the mornings and evenings. No other form of heating in the lounge i.e a fire Beds uncomfortable because two singles pushed together which easily moved. Fix the heating and the beds and I would give it 5 stars ”

Couldnt use two of the pillows as they smelt mouldy and were dirty cases Our room (101) came with two keys, one for room and one for front door which was explained, however our door couldnt lock. “I stayed at the hotel between the 11-13 of July. Very hot weekend. Price of the hotel included PARKING and air conditioning. When I arrived I found out there is only a fan with water in the room. I was told exactly where to park by the receptionist which never bothered to let me know I need to register the parking as if I should miraculously know.
