âStayed with my partner for our 10yrs together, was booked in for 3 nights but ended up staying 5.
Staff excellent, room nice and big and clean, very comfy beds.
Breakfast fab, swimming pool, jacuzzi and steam room so relaxing.
Lovely location, and views.
Cant wait to go back, which will be soon.

âOnly downside was the wifi and signal are terrible. But other than that its an absolutely lovely place. Awesome staff,even got my daughter balloons & chocolate for our arrival fpr her birthday. Will be back soon the pool and sauna were stunning and great! Breakfast lovely. â
âSuperb accommodation. Spacious. Comfortable lounge and open plan kitchen. 3 good sized bedrooms all.ensuite Lots of space for 6 people.. Easy to reach the prom and town centre. Plenty of free street parking

âWe stayed 3 nights, very friendly and helpful staff, if we required anything kirsty was more than happy to help and wanted to ensure our stay was confortable.
Location: 2 minutes walk to south pier, Location was great close to trams, lots of food places (takeaways & restaurants)
Hotel needs a little TLC and new mattress but its very obvious that kirsty and staff have been making improvements to make the hotel better.
Parking less than min walk and is ÂŁ15 a day.
We will 100% book to come...
âWe absolutely love this hotel. The rooms are clean and the beds really comfortable. It could do with an update and refurb in certain areas but this doesn't affect the quality of the stay. The staff are very friendly and happy to help in any way they can. It's location is perfect as it's close to South pier, a tram stop, shops and the pleasure beach. We will be making further bookings in the future.â
âWhat can I say,. The hosts were absolutely amazing from check in to check out. They couldn't do enough for you. The hotel itself is undergoing some major refurbishment which did not impact our stay in disturbance. The only impact was no bar was available but they had a solution (you can use the bar in the next door property) the rooms were clean, habitable and comfortable. Even though ours was a very small room (advertised for 3) but it could just fit 1 double and our newborn. We were lucky...
âWe didn't stay at the hotel for a number of reasons. Firstly, the surrounding area was deprived with half the buildings either boarded up or in disrepair. Secondly, having a 'seaview' and being a 'boutique' hotel is debatable, but definitely not from the outward appearance of the property. It was scruffy and needed maintenance to the paintwork and front door. Thirdly, to be made to stand outside ringing a bell for 30 minutes is unacceptable and shows poor customer service.
