âReally well presented property with very functional and immaculate rooms. The staff were all friendly and professional. Breakfast was good. I was surprised but loved how welcome dogs were. Beyond their control but parking is limited but I guess that is par for the course. I would definitely stay here again.â

âMy wife and I (65/66) had a great weekend. Found the hotel comfortable and friendly. All the staff were pleasant and welcoming. Food was excellent as were the evening singers. Beach with pier was opposite and town centre with shops,pubs,bars and restaurants were a four minute walk away. â

âWe absolutely love this hotel. The rooms are clean and the beds really comfortable. It could do with an update and refurb in certain areas but this doesn't affect the quality of the stay. The staff are very friendly and happy to help in any way they can. It's location is perfect as it's close to South pier, a tram stop, shops and the pleasure beach. We will be making further bookings in the future.â
âGreat place to stay. Room was a decent size and the bed was very comfy. Tony and Linda are wonderful polite hosts and the breakfast was excellent.

âWe didn't stay at the hotel for a number of reasons. Firstly, the surrounding area was deprived with half the buildings either boarded up or in disrepair. Secondly, having a 'seaview' and being a 'boutique' hotel is debatable, but definitely not from the outward appearance of the property. It was scruffy and needed maintenance to the paintwork and front door. Thirdly, to be made to stand outside ringing a bell for 30 minutes is unacceptable and shows poor customer service.

âWhat can I say,. The hosts were absolutely amazing from check in to check out. They couldn't do enough for you. The hotel itself is undergoing some major refurbishment which did not impact our stay in disturbance. The only impact was no bar was available but they had a solution (you can use the bar in the next door property) the rooms were clean, habitable and comfortable. Even though ours was a very small room (advertised for 3) but it could just fit 1 double and our newborn. We were lucky...
