âStayed for 3 nights and was amazed overall by this accommodation which exceeded our expectations. Smart frontage and free parking in a quiet residentially focussed part of the town but just minutes walk from the high street and St Anneâs Pier. âThis is a wonderful place to stay. It has a car park at the rear and 3 parking spots at the front. It is very secure with a personal PIN provided before book in for the doors. Very clean and smart. Big comfy bed in room 6 anyway. Nice little kitchenette. Fridge, kettle, coffee machine. Lovely shower. If I had to pick fault it would be the awful washing up liquid. âGreat location. Lovely modern clean room. The swimming pool and spa facilities were very good. Breakfast was excellent, with a good choice of well presented food.

âWhat can I say,. The hosts were absolutely amazing from check in to check out. They couldn't do enough for you. The hotel itself is undergoing some major refurbishment which did not impact our stay in disturbance. The only impact was no bar was available but they had a solution (you can use the bar in the next door property) the rooms were clean, habitable and comfortable. âWe were visiting the area for the Lytham Festival. Firstly, the location was excellent, as all the Lytham hotels were fully booked.
Reception staff were helpful and were available 24 hours. The room was comfortable with all we needed. Bathroom and shower were great. Not massive but more than adequate. âMycket bra och billigt hotell. ĂvertrĂ€ffade mina förvĂ€ntningar. UtmĂ€rkt service i receptionen. Fick ett rum redan vid 10 nĂ€r vi kom dit. Allting var vĂ€ldigt rent och frĂ€scht och frukosten var bra. Om vi Ă„ker till Blackpool nĂ„gon mer gĂ„ng kommer vi bo hĂ€r igen.â
âWe have just returned from a 2 night stay. The hotel was comfortable and very reasonably priced and with a breakfast included. The owner Kaz is lovely, he is really friendly and accommodating. I would definitely return. Thank you Kaz for a really enjoyable stay. â

âVery clean and tidy hotel with the room being just what you could want at the price. Clean bedding and towels, tidy room, ensuite and tea/coffee facilities. Its conveniently located 50 yards from the nearest tram stop which is a 15 minute ride to the Tower, or a 45 minute stroll along the promenade. All I would say is that the bed could do with an extra couple of pillows â
