“Was really great being right by the boardwalk. The room was very clean. The staff was awesome. Let us check in early. The only thing is our room needed another garbage can and the deck furniture needed cleaned. I would stay there again without question ”

“The location of the unit is in a nice quiet area, quick access to the beach. Overall the place is nicely set up with everything you need for your stay, linens, beach chairs, games, kitchen supplies. Cleanliness could have been a little better but for the price it wasnt a bad stay.”

“this unit is on the 5th floor and we never heard anyone unless it came from outside, no footsteps overhead. all linens were provided. the parking garage has an exit that leads out to the beach, so we were able to keep most of the sand away by storing beach stuff in the car. they provided laundry and dishwasher pods as well.”

“There was no closet to hang clothes . Had to keep stuff in suitcases . Had 2 couches in small efficiency . If it were my place I would remove one of them and put a wardrobe for clothes . The table had crumbs all over it and in the cracks.”

“Very nice place. Friend and I spent a couple nights while visiting my college child who’s working in OC this summer. Cute very well appointed condo. Very comfortable for two people. Nicely appointed, linens, towels, beach stuff… I am quite picky and not often do I do rentals, but was quite impressed and would stay at this condo again. Thanks for a comfortable stay.”

“Good location, unit was comfortable, however, outside shower needs repair and hallways carpet needs to be replaced (worn).”

“The unit is lovely with a well thought out floor plan well stocked and we'll located. The weather wasn't good but we made the best of it. We did have difficulty getting in and I was a bit annoyed when the person we were talking with from Vascasa kept saying our check in wasn't until 4pm and the reason the code wasn't working when it was a 2pm check in...it all worked out and we had a great stay.”

“Had an amazing getaway. This getaway was to relax as my yearly vacation to decompress from losing my son to homicide and also losing my grandson this past Christmas Eve.”

“We were very happy staying at Key west villas. Great location surrounded by plenty to do. Minutes from the beach. The space was perfect for our weekend getaway. Communication was 100%. We would absolutely book again.”

“There were no heat in the property Hot water was on and off. Needed to change room to get hot water. Property manager gave heaters but when turn both at the same time they did not work properly. ”

“The room was clean upon arrival. Unfortunately we assumed we could use the sleeper couch and the pull out but the room size did not accommodate both.”

“This is one of the best places for off season renting. It"s quiet yet right on the beach so you can hear the waves. It was raining almost the whole time but we still had a great visit. Beds were very comfy and that is very important to me. The bathrooms were clean and updated. Kitchen was ok with an older coffee pot and sparse dishes,silverware. Lots of pots and pans. So, I'd say replace to coffee pot with a new one or Keurig and just an extra set of plates and silverware. We will be re-renting...
