“This is a hotel mostly for people staying in OC for a week or longer. We stayed just three nights. It suited us well. Nice pool and close to the beach. It is not a luxury hotel, but the suites are very nice, but ours wasn't cleaned properly, we found empty water bottles under the bed. But overall we enjoyed our stay very much.”

“Dorothy and her mom was very nice and helpful. Expedia you all dropped the ball big time. The GM that was on duty Tuesday made no attempt to address my concerns or even talk to me and Declan who was another manager not on site made no attempt to address my concern. The floor was very dirty not clean at all. To not receive the room I selected was the icing on the cake. The little girl that assisted me was a lead and stated no she could not change my room.
