This location had a Starbucks that was closed as well, the staff couldn't even provide complimentary coffee in the morning while their food sources were shut down. Forced to walk off property to a fast food place for our morning coffee at these prices! Also charged us for parking in the hotel garage when it was 90% empty! $10 a night that Expedia did not list either.”

“I had a great time for the most part, I enjoyed the hotel except for the fact that the pool was being renovated so no pool access. I was looking forward to taking my little one, but instead had to look else where for indoor pool. The food and drinks are top tier. Love it!”

“We loved our 1st floor Oceanfront Queen suite (room 109), however, getting TO the room was a chore. If you have anyone in your party who can not walk LONG distances, this room is NOT for you. You have to take the elevator up one floor, go down a long hallway and around 2 corners to another elevator. Take that elevator back down to the 1st floor and around several corners to arrive at the room. It was beautiful and updated. We loved that the bedroom had a door for privacy from the sitting area...

“I can’t say enough about the staff at the Castle in the Sand. We had to move from another unrelated hotel in the area after a very poor experience and everyone we dealt with was so helpful. ”
