“The description of a side ocean view was not at all what I expected. The room was never cleaned up during our stay. TVs didn’t work from day 1 had to ask for not only towels but the tv to be fixed which they did come quickly to do but within a few hours of leaving and coming back to the room the tv was back to not working.
