“Got an allergic reaction when entering the room. After we said we would have to leave they gave us another room. They should have done when I first told then about the moldy smell.”

“We went with our daughter and pup and had a wonderful time. Prices for food and drinks at the poolside bar are fantastic! The place was clean, staff friendly and location perfect. I only had two issues. My biggest complaint was that our bed was not comfortable - sunken in the middle, too soft and pillows too high. Second, they only have ice machines on every other floor. Not sure why but it was very inconvenient going up or down twice a day just for ice. It's a little pricey but worth it...

“This was our first time staying at this hotel, it's been years since we've been to Ocean City and the first time together as a couple. The hotel was clean and the staff we excellent. Our room was a bit smaller than I expected however, we weren't going to be in the room much. The only complaints I have was the water pressure in the shower. The Shower water came out very low, almost similar to a light rain. Our TV remote was held together by tape and the channels went in and out. At one...

“Good location near beach and shops. Disinfectant used in dog rooms was awful. Also one particularly loud dog unattended Breakfast very basic Nice rooftop bar and restaurant on grounds it might be nice hotel with pool splashpad for kids but too loud for us”

“This is one of our go to’s in OC. We are always pleased with everything. This time around we got a room where the AC was not working at its full potential. We spent 2 nights but reported the bad AC after the 1st night and we were given a fan which is fine I guess as a quick solution but the AC unit really needs to be fixed. We barely slept the 2 nights we were there due to the heat and high humidity. I don’t think this is a common thing at this hotel as they are very much on top of everything...
