“I got single room. The size of the room was 9 feet by 8 feet (approximately) the bed had mattress that was so worn down that I got backache. The toilet was so low that it was nearly impossible to get up. The room was so disappointing that it ruined my travels”

We recommended that they pulled those items back under the covering in the future so that they’re usable. In addition we had no hot water that’s right no hot water for bathing and such so you can imagine why this rating is low.
