“I have stayed at this property on several occasions. The air conditioner/ air exchange vent was so loud I didn't sleep for two nights. The grassy area to the right of the entrance was covered with trash. We were on the 7th floor. There were terrible stains on the carpet outside the elevator where it appeared that pets had gone to the bathroom and were never cleaned up. We stayed Thursday to Sunday, and although we spoke with housekeeping Friday and Saturday, no one came in the room. It is...
