“This hotel was fabulous!! The room was super clean and the hotel itself was spotless! The staff was always courteous and polite. I want to give a special shout out to Olivia for going above and beyond! Every time I called the front desk with questions, she was always very helpful with a pleasant voice! On a scale from 1-10, our visit to Hyatt was an 11!! Keep up the good work!!”

“Got an allergic reaction when entering the room. After we said we would have to leave they gave us another room. They should have done when I first told then about the moldy smell.”

“The inside pool area was nice but could use some updating as far as paint and the glass over the pool. There was some rust and green mold in some areas. Otherwise it was a fantastic place to stay.”

“I’ve stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn three times and I love this hotel. The room is upgraded and the staff is amazing. If you need anything and have to call the front desk they are kind and send someone immediately. The hotel is clean and kept well. This is where I’ll continue to stay whenever I go to OC.”
