“Be aware of all the fees!! There is $30 property fee + $25 parking fee! What the heck? Last week, I stayed at a hotel in NYC and it was $25 parking fee. There is also a humid smell in the room. I was going to give a one-star rating. Now I am giving them 3. The extra 2 stars are earned by the breakfast staff. They were quick to restock the food and clean the tables. They were attentive to guests’ needs. Great work shouldn’t go unnoticed. Kudos to them. Next time I will stay at rehoboth beach area...

“The food was shockingly incredible, and happy hour drinks and food were excellent. Easy access to everything using the 4 elevators that were very fast. Hotel staff treats you like Royalty. Walk down stairs to Beach, or better yet, drive your vehicle from its parking spot to lowest level of parking garage, in rear of hotel which opens to the beach access. Love This Hotel!!!”
