“We rented this unit with 2 other families for a soccer weekend. The house was ready, clean, and had all amenities as promised. In addition, the owner worked with our departure time since the girls had a very early game! Location is ideal - easy access to food, entertainment, and BEACH! Hope to be back next year to stay for the same tournament! Thank you!!”

“We had a great time at this house for a girls weekend in August. The house was clean, slept comfortably. Great spacious kitchen and living room with everything you need. Bathrooms on every floor were very nice. It has its own driveway right off of costal highway instead of being off of a side street, so once we navigated that it was smooth sailing. Two of the four spots are on the street but it really was very easy to find parking around. So close to the beach too!! A very easy walk. Lots to do...

“We really enjoyed how close it was to the convention center, but also how wonderful the beach access was! Best of both worlds. Kinda like a mullet, business up front but party in the back! lol and by party we mean watching the waves and kicking back. ”

“We enjoyed our stay. Located right beside North Side Park with playground and much more. Kitchen was well stocked with things you need. If traveling with kids make sure to bring paper or plastic dishes for for them. I did bring my crock pot to make pulled pork while down at the beach. There is none in the kitchen. Plenty of hot water for showers.We would definitely stay here again.”

“The house was exactly as advertised. We came down with 15 friends and everybody had a comfortable place to sleep and hang out. The house is set up perfect with huge kitchen/hang out area upstairs all the beds downstairs and a great pool with a bar. The location was great with cheap Ubers everywhere. Will definitely be coming back.”

“My boyfriend and I stayed here and when we first walked in we were impressed by the spectacular views from the living area and balconies. If you are into birding, there are many water birds out in the marshes to see! The entire condo was immaculate, and the kitchen was well appointed with dishes, pots and pans, spices, etc.--everything you need.
