“First, this is not a hotel, nor an executive-type apartment. It is a run-down apartment (see photo of the couch that has a big hole in it) in a group of run-down apartment blocks (see photo of entrance to building with soot from a fire). With so many units, while the parking is free, available spaces can be quite a distance away. Had to walk several blocks each time. There is a limited ability to respond if any issues arise. The proprietor appears not to be in the country, based on the cell...

"Generally very good experience, but the lady who checked us in was quite unhelpful and didn't give us information, didn't ask us about the pool booking time we wanted and she didn't provide us with the robes that you're supposed to get for the pool area. When I asked another staff for the robes they said it would be delivered to our room, but it never was Other than these minor things I would say I really enjoyed my stay."

"A hotel that - like so many others - have seen their heyday come and go. The interior is old but not antique wood and the marbles have cracks. But the staff is polite and helpful, even though they charged us twice (pre-payment that first receptionist didn't see, when I checked at the room and went back after 30 minutes, his colleague found the payment.) Helpfull and nice but not a five star hotel (anymore)."

"A decent hotel well situated in downtown Brussels. A bit worn down and not a four star hotel however ok to stay at. One thing could be annoying for some. The windows are letting through ALL the noise from outside. Hardly a difference if you have them open or closed. A bit funny actually 😂 it doesn’t bother us as we sleep well anyway."
