“Great find, good rates. Owner very responsive Property clean.Located in Seaview so you don't have to compete with Longbeach heavy traffic. Easy walk to beach and restaurants. Only issue I had was with some drag racing on road adjacent. Not owners fault just straight road. I would definetly recommend and encourage others. ”

“My sister and I enjoyed this house very much. The first day was extremely stormy so we felt fortunate to have such a relaxing and cozy place to hang out. Very clean and nicely furnished. We loved the fireplace. The beds weren't the most comfortable we have had but were fine. I struggled a bit with the lock but staff was very accessible to help. It was a great location to get to a lot of different places. Do yourself a favor and walk out the back gate to check out Sadie and Josie's Bakery. Truly...

“Family members camped in nearby state park. We joined them for gatherings. Our house rental location was near by. The house was well equipped and very clean. We met the owner who was ver kind.”

“We were pleasantly surprised how close to the beach access it was. Not only that but it was the perfect entrance to a part of the beach that wasn’t so abundantly full and had a clear path in and out. There is also Seaside Market very close near the house for last minute needs which was a bonus. If you hop in the car your maybe a 3-6 minute drive to the promenade and the aquarium, plus the heart of downtown and lots of good sopping and eats. The house was perfect for a big family or 2 families....
