“This rental fit exactly what we needed. A good home base for beach activities. A great place to relax after a day out and about. We loved having a garage to park in. The house was clean and had all the amenities we needed.”

“We had a great time. The house was clean, the view was excellent, the neighborhood was quiet.A few suggestions: fix the fireplace. The weather was cloudy and rainy and a working fireplace would have been very welcome. Also a few homey touches would go a long way.”

“The view and beach access are amazing! The walk to the beach is very easy and as close as it gets. The home is clean, beds are comfy, and the kitchen is more than adequate. (All the essentials are there, just bring your favorite spices, crock pot, etc). This home has 4 levels. ”

The home was spotlessly clean. It was not an issue for us, but this place is not wheelchair accessible or suitable for someone with unsteady gait due to steps from the parking. You do need to carry your luggage over about 8 steps to the front door. We were completely comfortable there, and enjoyed the feeling...

“We gathered to celebrate my friends 50th birthday and knock off a bucket list item with him as well. The house was well situated, in a quiet residential neighbourhood right off the main drag with plenty of food and entertainment options. Felt safe the whole time we were there, parked my car out front and didn’t move it for three days. “Cute little cottage with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Took awhile to figure out how to work the heat as it was a very cold when we arrived, quite a bit of debris located under the carport which included nails, not really a safe space for dog to potty. Appears that the rates have increased as document at the property shows a lower price. Overall we were happy with the stay. ”

“The place is great. A small view of the ocean and easy walk to downtown. Kitchen was well stocked.The only negative would be the pullout sofa. They do know that there is an issue, but have not fixed yet. 2 people ended up sleeping on the floor because it was more comfortable.”

“Great stay. House had everything we needed and great location. Just steps from the beach. The only thing disappointed with is the door connecting master bedroom to bathroom was inoperable. ”

“House location was fantastic. The beach access is just a couple houses down and you can easily walk the beach to Haystack rock to check the tide pools, see the sunset, etc. Restaurants and grocery just down the road. ”

Great access to the sand, gorgeous views of the beach and Haystack rock from a bank of windows, and a deck all along the side of the beach side of the house. Nice newer dishwasher. “Had a wonderful weekend stay with lots to do on walking distance.”

“My family and I stayed here and had a good time. Parking was easy and it’s a quick drive into town to do things. The park across the street was enjoyable and the communication was great. Unfortunately the guests ahead of us must have caused some damage because we were informed just before our trip that the pull out bed was damaged and the layout had changed when we arrived. Not the hosts fault at all and they did let us know.”
