“Great hotel! Service was amazing. Clean rooms. Lovely decorations.
Only concern is that second and third floor rooms aren’t accessible for everyone. You have to go through 3 sets of stairs to get to the third floor plus carry your belongings.
Other than that this was a comfortable stay.
8/10 (only because of the accessibility). ”

“Room was clean, water was hot. The staff was extremely helpful, and we had a very nice visit with the managing owners. They were gracious to tell us about the area and the history of their resort like grounds. I would highly recommend a stay here, the bonus is a horseback ride through the coffee farm, and a tour of the exotic animals in their rehabilitation area.
