The Space:

The kitchen is separated from the main room with a high oak counter, which can seat two for breakfast. It is fully equipped with all necessary kitchen utensils and tableware, as well as a refrigerator, ceramic cooktop, coffeemaker, and microwave with grill. An ample three-panel closet with sliding doors offers a large storage space.

The studio’s amenities include a bathroom with a spacious shower, A/C, flat screen TV and WiFi Internet connection; bed linens & towels are provided, along with a complimentary toiletries' welcome pack.

The Neighborhood:
The studio is located on Mavromichali street, in the central Athens district of Neapolis, near Alexandras avenue. It’s a typical Athenian residential neighborhood, where everything you need is just a few minutes away.

On the ground floor of the building, you’ll find a cozy Italian grocery store-café, perfect for enjoying a coffee or a glass of wine along with a small bite to eat. A pharmacy is located just across the street, while a supermarket and a small traditional Greek taverna are only a 2-minute walk away. Several coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants, bars and a variety of other stores are also within a short walking distance. Bus station is around the corner.

Just a 5-minute walk to Kallidromiou street brings you to the weekly Saturday street market (laiki), offering fresh fruits, vegetables, and a variety of local food products directly from producers and farmers.

In the summer, there are two open-air cinemas in the neighborhood, just 2-3 minutes away on foot.
