Lyxig designad lägenhet i Akropolis

  • Lägenheten ligger i centrum av Aten, på gångavstånd från Akropolis och det är det nya museet och det antika olympiska Zeusens tempel med enkel åtkomst till tunnelbanestationerna "Fix" och "akropolis", spårvagnen och bussen. Det är lätt att besöka staden utan att hyra en bil eftersom du kan gå till de viktigaste höjdpunkterna i centrum, ta tunnelbanan till andra områden i Aten eller spårvagnen till stranden (Alimos-stranden: 6,0 kilometer).
    Området är mycket populärt och säkert.

    Lägenheten har mycket naturligt solljus och är uppdelat i två utrymmen:
     Vardagsrummet med TV är upplyst av en lysande bit "calacata" -marmor över soffan, det finns ett fullt utrustat kök och sovrummet med ett badrum som har en glaspartition och marmorbänk och handfat. Båda utrymmena är bekväma, har vackra material och garanterar en härlig vistelse.
    Perfekt för ett par. En soffa förvandlas till två bäddar med anatomiska madrasser i vardagsrummet för en tredje och en ny person eller ett barn.Ägaren är en arkitekt och har designat interiören i lägenheten med utmärkta material, bra design och kvalitet på konstruktionen.

The location is excellent for visiting the acropolis and acropolis museum, as well as parks and shopping areas. The room was clean and had a kitchenette and sizable refrigerator. Very nice stay!

Property was just as listed. Clean, comfortable apartment right in the heart of Athens and convenient to acropolis and toPier for cruise. Host was communicative and responsive and helpful with setting up airport transfer. Would definitely stay again if back in Greece!

This is a wonderfully set up apartment in a perfect location for exploring Athens. We could walk to the Parthenon and enjoyed wonderful restaurants for breakfast ( Tzatzos) and dinner ( rooftop Acropolis secret garden restaurant-and another down the street on the sidewalk that had amazing fish )all within the same or a few blocks. The apartment is clean, well laid out and quiet with a comfortable bed and located in a safe area where you can walk around without worry day or night. Highly recommend!

This apartment is in the prefect location for walking the city and visiting local attractions such as the Acropolis and Parthenon. We were surrounded in every direction with multitude of tavernas and only a 10-15 minute walk to the Acropolis. The apartment itself is clean and updated with all the basic amenities except for a microwave. It is on the 4th floor of a small apartment building with a secure entrance and an elevator. The balcony was lovely for sitting out early in the morning for coffee or late in the evening. The size is perfect for a couple. Our host also arranged our chauffeur from the airport and back; which is a lovely convenience. We would definitely stay again.

Positives: Host was pleasant to deal with. Location of apartment is excellent. Mattress was firm. Negatives: air conditioners (two) stopped functioning on the third of our four day into our stay, resulting in a very uncomfortable situation. Instructions were given for neither the stove, which had to be reset to work, or washing machine, which also had to be reset. We spent about an hour on Youtube figuring out how to make both of these machines work. The washing machine, as it turns out, required us to turn off power to the unit and then open and close the door 16 times-not something we would have been able to figure out for ourselves! Instructions for both should have been prominently displayed in the apartment. Host told us that the washing machine instructions were in a drawer, but it turns out the only document there was a picture of the front of the machine! If Efi solves these issues it will be a perfectly fine place to stay.

The property was in an excellent location for touring the area. Communication with Efi was great and effortless. There were plenty of places to eat nearby. Having a washing machine for our clothes was great since we were over a week into our vacation and needed to wash some. There was no dryer, but there was a good sized rack on the balcony that worked great. The apartment was well laid out. The air conditioning worked great. I didn’t like that you had to pull the key when leaving the apartment that killed the power to all outlets, so our devices would not charge when we were out. The place could use a little more cleaning attention. My wife gets freaked out at hair, and there was quite a bit of dark hair around mostly on the floor around places like the toilet. I think the biggest disappointment was the shower. There was no shower per se. There was a wash basin to stand in and a wand to wash off with that. It was also right next to a massive window with a pull-down blind. Poor design in my opinion. Water would get everywhere. If you are the type of person who likes to come home after a long day of sightseeing and take a nice relaxing shower, this isn’t the place for that.Other than that, we enjoyed our experience. For the price, I think it is a nice place to stay.

Our stay was lovely. Host had great communication, offered a lot of assistance if required and provided us with extra information. It was nicely located at a walkable distance from a metro station and with a grocery store around the corner. The patio area provided us a place to dry some clothes, sit outside (2 chairs) and a view on the Acropole. We stayed with 2 young kids and they were very comfortable. The only inconvenience for them was the light from the kitchen window cross their sleeping area (living room). We build a cushion wall at their head and it was good enough. The kitchen is well equipped, it was easy for us to have some meals in-house. Someone was present to welcome us at check-in and made sure we understood the water heater breaker function. Air condition, oven, everything was simple and easy to understand (if you take the time to read). The shower is a bit awkward. The shower head/hose is at leg/mid body level. It is shown clearly in the pictures. It is the only thing that we wish was different, but it did not outshine the convenience and comfort we experience there. Would recommend and book again without hesitation.
