The apartment was nice and comfortable. There is a supermarket a few blocks away. The neighborhood is quiet and not so far from the city center.

We really enjoyed our stay—the place was very new and modern, with everything you could need. The location had a more local, authentic feel, and we loved wandering through the charming lanes. We even discovered the best bakery we’ve come across.

Lovely apartment, spacious, sparkling clean, well equipped kitchen. Internet was adequately fast and reliable. The host was outstanding in her communication and support. As an apartment in the city, some noise is to be expected. Overall, this apartment was relatively quiet, with only occasional noise from the road or from other units. The one issue with this apartment is parking - since there is no parking specific to this apartment, one must either secure space in a parking garage or find a suitable spot on the street. We tried to arrange the former, but never could figure out how to make that work. Instead, we parked on the street. In general, when we arrived at the apartment later than 5:00, parking was hard to find, taking up to an hour of searching in a 10-15 block radius. Before 5:00, however, there were a number of spots within just a couple of blocks.

Very spacious with plenty of room for my family of five, two adults share one room, two teenage daughters shared one room, and teenage son had a room to himself. Clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay including two full bathrooms, a full kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals. As well a laundry washer/dryer combo unit in the kitchen area. Nice wrap around balcony to chill out, street view so boring special to look at, but still a nice little spot to get out of the apartment and get some fresh air. Good size smart tv in every room and dinning table that can seat six easily. Even has iron and ironing board, and fold out clothes dryer if you prefer to dry your clothes on the balcony. Hot water is a little tricky as you have to turn on the hot water using the fuse box in the hallway, once I figured it out though it was very easy. Instant hot water system so no worries about running out of hot water when everyone wants to shower. Safe and quiet neighborhood but plenty of small shops, mom and pop style grocery stores, and place to eat within walking distance, 5 minute walk and you are close to whatever you need. We even caught bus 227, only five minute walk from apartment, to go to Acropolis area, with a five minute walk from bus stop to Acropolis. We rented a car, so just be mindful parking near the apartment is difficult to find a spot, but with some patience you will find a spot. Just be ready to squeeze your car into tight spots.

This amazing property is exactly as advertised - clean, modern and comfortable. Location was wonderful and in close proximity to shops and supermarkets. Our hosts were incredible for having accommodated us with an early check-in and setting up travel arrangements to and from the Airport>Apartment>Port. Questions and concerns were quickly answered and we would definitely book again on our next visit. Thank you again Christina/Ofeliya/Marina!

I recently stayed at this beautiful apartment with two bedrooms, and it was a fantastic experience. The place is new, modern, and exceptionally clean—exactly as shown in the photos. The hostess, Christina, is incredibly attentive and professional. She’s totally on top of everything and went above and beyond to assist us, even helping arrange transportation during our stay in Greece. The level of service she provides is truly outstanding. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the area!

I will be back for sure! I recently had the pleasure of staying at this apartment in Athens, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! The apartment is extremely modern and stylish, equipped with all the amenities you could possibly need. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed, making it not only beautiful but also incredibly comfortable. I felt right at home from the moment I arrived. One of the standout features was how quiet the apartment was; despite being in a bustling city, it provided a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring. The location was good and we were minutes away from everything on Uber. Overall, my experience was nothing short of perfect. If you're looking for a comfortable and modern place to stay in Athens, this apartment is definitely the way to go! I can’t wait to return!

We been in this appartment last weekend, took a 3 bedrooms 2 showers and one livingroom appartment, the place is big enough for 6 people ( 2 parents and 4 kids) its brand new! Very clean and design in impressive way. All the facilities and furniture are new, and each room has flat tv, double bed and air condition. There is a supermarket 2 minutes walking, and we even found a Taverna 4 minutes away from the appartment. We rented a car, there is no parking for the property visitors but- the parking arround the addres is free so you can found a parking a few minutes walk from there…(we been there for 3 nights and we easily found a parking place nearby everytime we needed) In the apartment there is a washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, oven and it was very convenient for a family with children. The owner leave us an exact instruction how to open the appartment a few days before the specific date of our arrival and was alway in contact when ever we needed! Very good price, a great experience! I recommend for it

The initial look of the property was nice but very poor attention to detail and a good few maintenance issues we had to report. E.g door handles falling off. Heavily scuffed blinds and second shower didnt work. Good for the price but would have liked the facilities to be at least working
