“The hotel is a nice place. The staff on the other hand is absolutely terrible!! They are rude, snippy and act as though they don’t want to be bothered. The room was not cleaned and I had to ask for more towels. I do t care how nice the facilities are if the staff is like this and my room doesn’t get cleaned then it’s no different than staying in a flop house.”

“This hotel is so run down and dirty. Our non smoking room smelled like cigarettes and dirty feet. The toilet wouldn’t flush & when we went to check the flusher the tank was covered in black mold. The carpets are super dirty too. With the insane amount they charge on UGA game weekends, you’d think they could deep clean, paint, repair it. Also, even though check out is at 11am, your key stops working early in the morning of check out. So if you even go to your car for something, it will take a...

“From the moment we entered the property, we felt like we had stepped into a different world. The beautiful structure of the home, the peaceful atmosphere, and how wonderfully maintained everything was made the entire place feel so welcoming and enchanting.
Mr Colonel Mark was an excellent host! He recommended a wonderful place for us to have dinner, and the breakfast he prepared the next morning was absolutely incredible. I can honestly say it was the best pancake I have ever tasted in my...
