The accommodations are located in a high-end neighborhood of Athens, where all artistic events, gastronomy, and entertainment can be found in Agion Theodoron Square, just 100 meters from our property, and in Agia Irini Square, which is a 500-meter walk away. We are just steps away from Syntagma Square, surrounded by vibrant nightlife, bustling shops, art galleries, and restaurants, and close to timeless landmarks such as the Acropolis and the Ancient Agora. Additionally, we share the building with the Tourist Police. The nearest metro station, “Panepistimio,” is 250 meters away. Nearby popular points of interest include Ermou Street, 800 meters away; Syntagma Metro Station, 700 meters away; and Syntagma Square, also 700 meters away on foot. The closest airport is Eleftherios Venizelos Airport, located 31 km from the property.

It is essential that you send a photo of the ID or passport of all guests; only then can we provide you with the code to pick up your keys.
