We love our neighborhood.
It’s a busy, urban and diverse and home to people who have lived and worked in the community for generations. We do our best to create a space that is safe and private, within this urban setting near three large college campuses and major tourist attractions that attract a wide variety of individuals, so things are busy nearby. Within a two-mile radius, there are eight colleges and universities, the largest stadium and conference center in the Southeast and a million people from all walks of life. We are two minutes from the busiest expressway in the city and 20 minutes from the busiest airport in the world. The Marta train station is a five-minute walk. The Atlanta beltline is also a few minutes away. Many have found the convenience of the location to be amazing. You and your guests/family will enjoy being immersed in the history of Atlanta as each room celebrates the culture of Atlanta that has made it the vibrant destination that it is today.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENT:
The Main Bedroom has a king size bed. Private deck off of master suite perfect for morning coffee or a relaxing late afternoon beverage.

The first and second bedrooms both have queen size beds.

The single seat sofa pulls out into a twin bed.

KITCHEN:
Our space comes with a full size and fully equipped kitchen. You will have all the basic kitchen necessities and more to prepare your meals. Please be sure to view our digital guidebook to see what items are provided.

OUTDOOR SPACE:
Large deck, fenced-in back yard, lots of space for outdoor games.

perfect little spot

We stayed here for the college football championship game and it was perfect. The place was located very close to everything and was perfectly set up. The host was very responsive.

UGA v Clemson Weekend

Had a good stay..the area is sketchy where the house is, but the house was clean, well kept and the property manager was easy to communicate with.

Perfect for a quick stay!

What we enjoyed most about the property was how central it was to everything we wanted to do. Our main priority was to visit for a Falcon's game which we easily walked to and sat down minutes before the game started. The next days we walked to the Aquarium and Coke Museum and it was great. There was also a lovely public park next to the place that we walked through the night before and just seemed so cool. The place had everything you needed with several accessible bathrooms and spaces to hang out. The backyard area was wonderful and we didn't get to use the grill but there is a grill area! The only thing that I would comment on is that we all believed that there was a jacuzzi amenity listed but when we got there and looked back at the listing there was no jacuzzi. It could have been an oversight on our part for looking at multiple listings and confusing another listing for this one. Communication with the host was wonderful and on point, we felt taken care of the entire time. Overall, I highly recommend staying here and would look into the place again if we were in the area.

Weekend Getaway
