“Jen was a great host! Easy to communicate with from the very first step. The home was very spacious and extremely clean. 100% family friendly The beds were very supportive -a little firmer than the mattresses we use at home, which we all enjoyed tremendously. The home was easy to find and the entry keypad very easy to use upon arrival. I was slightly worried that there would be a ‘cow smell’ in the area as people warned me about it (after I booked) but all was fine- absolutely no smell...

“The property is a converted garage in a residential home. It was comfortable and very convenient to the places we wanted to go. The owner was responsive, and everything was as advertised. We will happily stay there again.”

“Exactly as advertised!”

“Great little place! I thought the price was a tad steep for just one night, but you can't beat the location. The backyard needs a little TLC and the coy pond is all dried up.”

“Great location walking distance to downtown and the library. I enjoyed walking my dogs on the beautiful tree-lined streets with neighborhood bunnies popping out to say hello. The space was peaceful and comfortable and had everything we needed. I would highly recommend it for other travelers to Ft Collins.”

“Beautiful new house! Immaculate. Tastefully decorated. My family of four was very comfortable with the four bedrooms, large comfortable beds, and two full bathrooms. The home is so roomy and can easily accommodate eight. I also liked having a garage for our rental SUV. Easy access to I-25. I will definitely try to stay in Cozy Chasm Cottage again next time I'm in Loveland.”

“Nice, quiet property; very clean. Host was very friendly, as were her awesome dogs! Very convenient - a stone’s throw from the Poudre River Trail, which makes for an excellent morning walk. Straight shot to downtown for anything else on your agenda. Thanks for our stay!”

“You will not find a more attractive, staged, clean home than this one on VRBO. Lots of natural light and beautiful sunrises. Very quiet and safe neighborhood that is within 15 to 20 minutes of Windsor and Fort Collins. Since there were only two of us, we only used the primary bedroom. The bed in this room is very comfortable.Stacy and her staff that manage the property were very professional, friendly, and prompt in getting back to us with any questions that we had.”

“Thank you for hosting us. We enjoyed our stay.”

“Very accommodating hosts and great communication. Would stay again.”
