The recently renovated 2,200-square-foot home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests with four spacious bedrooms—three with Queen beds and one with a King. The open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area is perfect for gatherings, complete with large smart TVs, games, and even a classic Galaga/Ms. Pac-Man arcade game. If you’re working remotely, the fourth bedroom doubles as a home office, equipped with a desk, monitor, keyboard, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a comfortable Murphy bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a drip coffee maker, air fryer, large microwave, double oven, electric cooktop, wine refrigerator, and a refrigerator/freezer with an ice maker and water dispenser. Relax in style with Austin-themed artwork throughout the house, or enjoy a cup of coffee on the furnished private patio. The outdoor area also features a misting system to keep you cool and a portable overhead heater for the winter months.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
