âI would of rated excellent with staff but three times our keys would not work in the lock. We had to walk down to tell staff. He just kept giving us new keys. Finally sent maintenance up to get in. It was the door sticking so bad, hard to push in. Happened the next day also and finally maintenance fixed it. Otherwise the best room, view, kitchen, beds, and most fun for a girls trip. This place is right next door to the natural hot springs and public swimming pool. Loved all the little extras that made you feel taken care of like the water ready in the fridge, the nesspresso machine, couple snacks, free coffee downstairs and water refills by the ice machines. I can tell how clean a place is by how dirty my toddlers feet get from the floors and they stayed clean! Definitely will be my go to place when visiting my daughter. â
