âI would of rated excellent with staff but three times our keys would not work in the lock. We had to walk down to tell staff. He just kept giving us new keys. Finally sent maintenance up to get in. It was the door sticking so bad, hard to push in. Happened the next day also and finally maintenance fixed it. Otherwise the best room, view, kitchen, beds, and most fun for a girls trip.
