âWell, I didn't have big things to complaint about, other than the bathroom zinc, the cold and the hot water cannot mix together. In the zinc, each one located separately. I understand that's an old building, but they still can change certain things. â
âYou can easily catch any type of transportation from here. Room was neat and clean, and the host kind and thoughtful. Breakfast was above par and fresh!â

âBest hotel in Boston without question! The staff are exceptional, very friendly and attentive. The masseuses at the spa, especially (I believe her name was) Paula are very skilled and helpful with sore muscles and joints after traveling. La Padrona, Amar, and The Long Bar all have delicious food. I will definitely be back! â
âThere is a lovely small lounge, nice assortment of coffees and teas, and continential breakfast options. The staff are super helpful and friendly. Room spacious. We had a 1 bedroom suite with a small kitchen. Everything you could wish for and a perfect Back Bay location.
