“The hotel is very clean and the cleaning staff are extremely nice. The building looks new. Another good thing is that there is wifi. The bad parts though are non-working air conditioning which can make the room very hot, some staff in the reception looked annoyed and finally: how the restaurant works. We are traveling with a baby and a 3-year old girl which made it very annoying to wait a whole hour for some eggs and juice almost every day during 10 days. One day the waiter told us that they...

“Wonderful place right on Zocalo square with lovely rooftop restaurant, living up to advertised expectations. Friendly and very helpful staff. Also quiet to my surprise, even with window facing daytime busy street. We could sleep with window open :-) Free water and cafe for hotel guests adds to the benefits. Overall a great experience.”

“From the time we entered the property it showed, class, cleanliness and nice lighting and decor. Checking in was easy and fast. We were helped with our luggage all the way to our room. The room was perfect, modern decor. All you would need for a business trip and more. Nice comfy sofa, table and 3 chairs. With a full size fridge, microwave, coffee machine with complementary coffee and tea, silverware, plates and cups. Comfy bed and linen. Big smart TV. They have room service ”
