“Great hotel to stay at”

“Clean room and wonderful staff”

“Everything was lovely but HEADS UP - the hotel charges $7 to park in their regular parking lot, which has no gate to go through or anything. I was wondering how they knew to bill me, since I had never given them a license plate number. The nice man at the desk said that they simply charge everyone - in other words, a company which is nickel and dime-ing you. They do not mention it AT ALL when you check in but send you a separate bill for it. Just be aware.”

“Staffs were friendly. Check in was fast. Rooms were big and spacious. At around 1:00am there was this drilling noise that came from the window. Woke us up multiple times. I recorded the noise and shared it with the front desk staff. She quickly moved us to a new room which we were able to sleep comfortably. First room wasn’t as cleaned. There were food scraps on the floor but the second room was cleaned well. Target was across the street so it was convenient to walk to instead of...

“If you're looking for a place to rest your head for the night, I recommend this hotel. For extended stay keep in mind not many amenities. Parking is not free, no free breakfast, bottled water in the room costs $7 each, and housekeeping comes in every other day to clean and bring fresh towels. Hotel could use a fresh coat of paint on the outside.”

“If you want to go to a property that’s ran down, rooms not clean and comfortable with roaches then by all means book a room, I left as soon as I saw the tub not clean and bugs.”

“The room was lovely and clean but the elevators were the worst. It took us 3 minutes to get an elevator because 1 was out of service and the one in service would go to the 8th floor first no matter what button you pushed. The luggage trolleys had flat tires so they were hard to maneuver.”

“This was the worst hotel or place I've ever stayed for any length of time in my life. Front desk guy was rude as hell. Hung up the phone on me when asking the wifi password. Told me the password when I called back. He wouldn't specify what letters were upper case and what was lower case in the password. “The poor property condition shows a total lack of maintenance, The curtain rod was falling off the wall, there were no clothes hangers in the closet, there was no tv remote to be found, and the towels were rougher than coarse sandpaper. The neighborhood is very sketchy, filled with people who looked vagrants, drug addicts and prostitutes. The free breakfast was so bad that you would have had to pay me to eat it.
