“There were some employees who were nice and friendlier. You may need to train the shuttle drivers, they were not friendly enough. They were not rude, but better attitude changes the perception of the visitors. I asked for a wake up the morning that I was leaving, early flight, and it never happened. I asked to have in my name in the list for the shuttle, and it never happened. Better admin procedures will definitely improve the hotel. Will I return? Yeah, convenient location, good price,...

“They charged another $ 50 for something without telling me and I still don't know what that for and obviously no receipt. Very small selection for the breakfast (no donuts). Coffee was weak. Room was very depressing and so was the hotel in general. Was not able to get a reciept either. Shuttle to the airport was convienient but super unclear how, why, where, and if I should pay for it. ”
