“Tycker om hotellet med servicen varit dålig. Receptionen hade ingen känsla för service och mitt rum var inte städat när jag kom tillbaka efter en lång arbetsdag.”

“At 3:50 pm the room had not been cleaned the restaurant floor was dirty the glass shelves in the restaurant one could write their name wit the amount of of dust on it. Plus the restaurant floor is not open on Monday. There is access to a computer security is questionable as numerous times no one is at the front desk. The elevator is easily accessed as u don’t need a card”

“Very dirty suite room, hair in shower, cracked sink in bathroom, broken molding in bathroom, broken toilet seat. Very poor service at front desk. This hotel is very out-dated and needs a major renovation, would never recommend this hotel. ”

“I was not given my room for check in until 8:30 PM my room is not ready by housekeeping and there is nothing we can do with that Showed up at 5 PM I was not giving clear expectation staff did not seem concerned That only myself there were 8+ people with similar situation TV does not have any connection to cables or anything Breakfast is poor The only good thing is the location very close to the convention center and the price is relatively better compared to other local hotels”
