“Staff was very friendly, room was very clean and came with everything you’d usually need and more. We had a mini kitchen, a large couch, a lovely bathroom. It was decorated nicely. The different staff members we interacted with, all of them were friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again. ”

“This Aloft is surprisingly rundown. Surfaces were frequently chipped or pealing. Paint also chipped or discolored. Staff were great but the facility needs attention. ”

“Slow internet, my carpet was wet, the lady that checked me in had a horrible attitude, kids running down the hall a crazy couple days”

“Clean, comfy, good value for money. Would definitely stay again.”

“First of all, when we checked in we were not told where the elevators were. We were walking around, lugging our suitcases and exhausted. Someone asked what we were looking for and he directed us to the elevators. Turns out they were the wrong ones and had to walk halfway around the hotel to find the correct ones. Also, the benches in the restaurant area are peeling. It is something that needs to be addressed. ”

“They charged another $ 50 for something without telling me and I still don't know what that for and obviously no receipt. Very small selection for the breakfast (no donuts). Coffee was weak. Room was very depressing and so was the hotel in general. Was not able to get a reciept either. Shuttle to the airport was convienient but super unclear how, why, where, and if I should pay for it. ”

“Came in for the Cardi B concert. The staff were very nice and helpful from the beginning. The lobby and room was beautiful! The breakfast was hot and good! I would deff stay again, it was so close to the CFG area! Thank you to Kevin and Shaktira (sorry if spelled wrong). They were soooo pleasant and welcoming! ”
