“They had late check in time and early check out time (1100). I asked if I could keep the room until 12 00 since our flight was at 15 00. Usually That is ok but here They wanted 20 euros for one extra hour or 30 euros for Two hours ”

“Awesome place a lot of space a small walk to the town center, there’s a little tapas restaurant the second you walk outside and you have the Michelangelo plaza directly above you. Only downside was it was a tad stinky but I think that’s most of what you get for an old Firenze building”

“We had a really fabulous time. We are a family of 5 with 3 teenagers. The apartment was very clean,modern and so spacious. The facilities in the accommodation were great. Three great bathrooms (2 ensuites), and some fabulous bedroom spaces with very comfy beds. A great family living space with a big dining room and for warmer weather a little balcony to sit out on. The kitchen was well equipped and we were provided with basic toiletries, dishwasher tablets, plenty of toilet rolls, kitchen rolls...

“The building had multiple units and we stayed in the Melody unit which was on the top floor. It might be a problem for people with mobility issue since we had to climb up 4 sets of stairs but it wasn't a problem for us. “The check in was super easy and the location of the flat was perfect. We had a little trouble jiggling the door to unlock but after a few outings we got the hang of it. We had everything we needed! We felt like we were at home, when we wanted to go see the sites they were only a few minutes away and when just wanted to stay in we walked to a local grocery store and made ourselves some breakfast and coffee with a wonderful view throughout the flat.
