“Nice and spacious 1BR apartment in the heart of Florence. Close to practically everything. No reception in the building but the communication via WhatsApp was very good and the keys pick-up was smooth. The deep bathtub/jacuzzi/shower was great to relax in but the bathroom needs a renovation: the ventilation is very poor and there's mold in a few places around the bathtub and the ceiling. The rain shower system was a bit run down and one of the toilet flushes was malfunctioning. ”

“Great location, easy check in, clean and nice rooms. Only downside is the stairs up but they are doable as long as you are in relatively good shape haha”

The location worked perfectly for my husband and I, close enough to the center to get everywhere easily, yet set in a quiet residential part of Florence where we could feel the local rhythm of the city. The staff who look after the house were all very easy to communicate with. The whole stay was smooth and comfortable. We truly enjoyed our time here!”

“5 stars would have been given if key boxes and codes available to enable quicker access. Wait for agent was not excessive but we waited nonetheless. Also, kitchen equipment such as microwave and cloths would rate higher. Wi-fi was good and taxis could get to the front door. ”
