She was flexible for us to store our luggage and helped us get a taxi on our way out of town when the apps weren't working. The apartment is one of the cleanest places we've stayed. “I had left my purse in the apartment the morning of check out. The host was very ineffective with communication and I ended up waiting outside the unit for three hours before I was helped. This was obviously very frustrating because I was a paying customer. The unit itself was clean but the AC was complicated to use.”
