“Marco‘s property or second to none! The wonderful Dr. up the laneway to the roundabout in front of the most stunning house. The wonderful porch. Leads into the house to magnificent living area. The four bedrooms upstairs or ideally located in the house was always a wonderful temperature with great air conditioning available when needed! The outside grounds and of course the pool are stunning. The staff to help look after the house could not have been better. They made sure the pool was ready...

“The house is impressive with large surfaces, high standard and well maintained. The pool, which is large and solid, is cleaned every week. The animal life around the house is also exciting and in addition to lots of lizards, we also saw scorpions, snakes and wild boars. The very best thing about the house is the large balcony with a view of the beautiful landscape and the sea in the background, incredible! The contact with the hosts was fast and smooth and they answered questions directly...

“We had a great time! Property great, pool lovely. We were in the region to attend our daughter's wedding in Rome and we didnt want to rent an apartment in the centre. Paola and Mario's house was perfect. We drove and parked at Villa Borghese in the underground parking. About 35/40 minute journey but you walk straight out by the Spanish Steps and you can cover all the sights on foot if you want or take a tour/metro. Note the local station near to the property is closed for renovation.You need to...

“Vi hade en härlig vecka i Lariano. Vackert hus, härlig pool, perfekt med fotbollsplan för 12 åringen. Det fanns vingårdar, restauranger och saker att se i närheten. Man måste ha bil. Alfonso och hans familj höll sig för sig själva men hjälpte till med tips på restauranger och om behov uppstod. Huset och trädgården är finare än bilderna. Jag kan absolut tänka mig att återvända!”

Siamo stati veramente bene e abbiamo passato 3 giorni indimenticabili. Arrivarci è anche velocissimo, arrivando da Roma abbiamo preso subito il raccordo, cassia ed effettivamente dentro la campagna viene fatto 1km con tutta strada asfaltata. “My family (7 people aged 16-68) stayed here on our first visit to Rome. The property was easy to access and the manager was always accessible. The check-in was quick, and they were flexible with our arrival time. There was plenty of space and bathrooms. The kitchen and courtyard had plenty of space for us. The location is excellent with easy access to the historic city center, restaurants, and shopping. We would definitely stay here again. ”

The pool & outside space were fantastic & greatly needed as the temperature reached 40 degrees during our stay. We were a train ride away from the centre of Rome so travel was easy.
