I have seldom been so insulted by a professional establishment and has to spend half an hour with the support team at an enormous roaming cost before the hotel agreed to honour the booking. No one from hotel management bothered to provide an apology and it was only upon check out they presented a piece of chocolate for the...

“Very fancy room. Excellent price. Convenient location.”

“Service is excellent.”

“Communication with the hotel is an issue. Before the trip, I texted the hotel twice. But without a response. I asked Expedia to contact the hotel. It ended up going nowhere since the person answered the phone had difficulty in another language. It is a little surprise for a major international chain.”

“Great stay”

“Loved this hotel, hundred percent would come back friendly staff great breakfast. So many good fines nearby loved the room and the. Ambience.”

“Vi tre var mycket nöjda med rummen, conciergen som gav oss bra tips, in- och utcheckning fungerade bra och vänlig personal i allmänhet. Mycket trafik i Xi'an, så det tog en viss tid att ta sig till centrum, järnvägsstation m m. Frukostbuffén var storslagen och innehöll en mängd rätter. Hotellet var ganska nytt, rent och vi kan rekommendera det.”

“Suverän service, och fantastisk frukost!”

“Breakfast very good Nice staffing Very clean room”

“Great location but difficult for a taxi to get in. The staff were very helpful and friendly, unlike another hotel we stayed at in Shanghai. I would highly recommend”

“Great location, nice large room.”

“Everything ok. Not inside restaurant available”

“Gooda gooda”

“OMG, this was the best hotel of my entire trip! The location is excellent, and the staff were absolutely wonderful. But the shared spaces and rooms are on another level. It feels like staying in a traditional teahouse, with tea rooms to explore and a beautiful inner courtyard. I won’t give too much away, this hotel is a gem. I fell in love with the balcony that came with my room, the perfect spot to enjoy some tea. It was great value for money, too. If I return to Xi’an, I’ll definitely stay...

“It's a nice hotel but I could not contact it for reconfirm neither via phone or email. Nice laundry space on floor five, great amenities, breakfast is also delicious.”
